Benoît Colas was a Principal with The Boston Consulting Group before joining Carlyle where he became Global Partner. Benoît holds an MS from Ecole des Mines de Paris.

At EMTEK, Benoît oversees all investments and operations alongside Vaibhav. In addition to EMTEK, Benoît is also a founder of Primestone Capital, a long-term public markets investment firm based in London.

Vaibhav Agarwal was a Consultant with Bain & Company before joining Advent International as a Private Equity Associate. Vaibhav holds a BA from the University of Oxford.

At EMTEK, Vaibhav leads all sourcing, investment management and operational activities, with support from Benoît. Most recently, Vaibhav led EMTEK’s investment into Cubert Hyperspectral.
